This reduces the risk of manual setting errors while still allowing caregivers the flexibility to fine-tune comfort levels manually.

Key Therapeutic Modes

• Alternating Mode: Provides active pressure redistribution using a 2-in-1 (AB) pattern over customisable cycles of 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes.

• Static Mode: Maintains a constant surface pressure across all cells for stable patient transfers or medical procedures.

• Seat Mode: Automatically increases internal cell pressure by 10% when the bed backrest is raised beyond 25° to prevent "bottoming out" in the sacral area.

• Max Inflate: Rapidly inflates all cells to maximum firmness to assist with patient repositioning; the pump automatically reverts to the previous setting once finished.

Mattress Construction & Safety

• Air-on-Air Design: Features 20 top cells (including 3 static head cells for a "pillow" function) and a base layer of 20 static air cells. This dual-layer construction ensures the patient remains supported even during power failures.

• Emergency Features: A clearly marked CPR dial at the foot end allows for rapid deflation during cardiac emergencies.

• Infection Control: The multi-stretch, vapour-permeable, and waterproof cover features welded seams and a 360° zip to prevent fluid ingress and simplify deep cleaning.
